To Change America, we must bind the Strongmen
And loose men to be men
Over the past week, I’ve seen a number of videos of “Mama Bears” standing up for their children against the LGBTQ+ tyranny that is looking to impose their lifestyle and worldview on innocent children.
These videos are often inspiring and illustrative of the love mothers have for their children and the willingness to lay it all down for them.
While there have been videos of men doing the same, they are few and far between.
That caused me to think, why are men either reluctant or hesitant to stand firm and bold for their progeny?
I believe it’s because men at large have been bound.
They have been bound by the feminist, progressive ideology that has been running roughshod across America for the last 50 years.
This ideology, which is truly a pseudo-religion, has brow-beaten men and sucked the masculinity out of them.
They don’t want to be accused of being a misogynist. They are afraid to speak up because they could be labeled sexist or worst of all a proponent of the patriarchy.
As a result, men have cowered into the bushes, akin to that famous Simpsons meme.
Paradoxically, this cowardice has opened the door for our communities and children to be exposed to all kinds of debauchery.
And without men of God rising up and taking the mantle, this debased indoctrination will continue.
So, men, how are we loosed?
In Matthew 12, the Pharisees accused Jesus of casting out devils because He was in partnership with Beelzebub or the devil.
In this passage, in addition to rebuking the religious people of His day, He says in verse 29,
“Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house.”
This is the perfect illustration of what has happened in America. The biblical order has been disrupted, men have allowed themselves to be bound.
Men must return to a real and intimate relationship with God. That is done through prayer, reading of the Word, meditation, and application.
Once that is established, then we must shake off the mental strongholds that have held us in check all of these years.
Using the Word of God and a renewed mind we can then be assured of our righteousness in Christ. That will empower us to be bold because the righteous are bold as a lion.
This boldness will compel us to step up and speak out on behalf of our children. We will be the ones who will forcefully denounce the attempt to “queerify” our children.
Papa Bears will stand up and say, “Not on our watch!”
