How to live in a post Biblical society
Be a true believer
The evidence is clear. We have now entered a post Biblical society.
A recent survey showed that only 6% of Christians posses a Biblical worldview.
We have professing Christians who do not know what the person they are professing faith in says.
That’s akin to me professing that I am a citizen of a country, yet I do not know what the founding documents say.
Oh, that is true as well.
Most Americans do not know the history of this nation nor the Constitution or Declaration of Independence.
That is the intention of the ruling class that desires to keep the populace ignorant.
Hosea 4:6 says we are destroyed, or cut off because of a lack of knowledge.
By not possessing knowledge of the Word of God, we are cutting off the Word being active in our lives.
Similarly, as American citizens, when we do not know our rights, we are the most malleable and pliable.
In other words, we can be manipulated by the media or entertainment to believe in lies.
Do you think the recent college protests were all spontaneous?
No, those students have been fed lies most of their lives to push them to the point of revolution.
So, how do true believers live in a post biblical society?
By Faith
We must move everyday by faith. We can’t rely upon what we see. Deception is at an all time high. It’s imperative that we live by faith in the God of the Bible.
By the Holy Spirit
Romans 8:14 says that as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit is required to survive in the times that we are living in presently. He will lead and guide us into all truth.
In Love
Despite the hatred for true Biblical Christianity in the culture, we must still speak the truth in love. God so loved the world that He gave His Son. We must have that same kind of love for people.
True Believers are the only group in this world that can bring light to a darkened society.
It’s time for us to shine bright.
